Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1999 within India (except Andaman Nicobar Island, Jammu and Kashmir and North East) orders below that, we charge
    1. A flat Rs. 100 shipping fee pan India* (except Andaman Nicobar Island, Jammu and Kashmir and North East).
    2. * Maharashtra** A flat Rs. 80 Shipping.
    3. **Pune a flat Rs. 50 Shipping.
  • Depending on the nature of the product shipping time may vary. For details look into the product description carefully before placing the order.
  • Logistics partner work from Mon to Sat (Except for public holidays). Time of the delivery though may get affected by weather conditions.
  • Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.


Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.


  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7days (3 days for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  • Once your return request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
  • Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Hasthkari account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

What if an item is Sold Out?

If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means there are unfortunately none left to buy. Though you may add that product to you wishlist, we will update you if we can help you out with the same or not.


How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log on to and go to the My Orders section under My Account. When items in your order ship, we will add tracking information to this page. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
